After opening it, I saw that the grounding screws had been forgotten. I also checked for thermal paste between the PCB and the case, which was so minimal that it couldn't be called cooling. (Although important for a long lifespan.) After adjusting these things, the output stage works well and is very linear. Suitable for digital modulation up to approximately 1 to 2 watts of output power.
