1. The product has arrived on time as mentioned. 2. The material is made out of hard plastic and I believe it can take upto 100kgs of weight, when used regularly. 3. I haven't used the elastic bands but when I touched them they are super flexible and seemed to be made for heavy duty. 4. The manual instructions are pretty simple to understand but I would suggest to do some more research to take the complete advantage of the product usage.
