It arrived in a carton without the chain bar and without the oil tank... unusable tool.. I just hope I get replaced or refunded

e arrivata dentro un cartone senza la barra per l a catena e senza il serbatoio per l'olio... attrezzo inutilizzabile.... spero solo che mi venga sostituito o rimborsato

Item delivered in good shape. But central bolt for plastic chain cover is absent. Idle current without chain is 8.2 A, with chain is 10.5A. For BLDC it's norm, so I believe, the best fit is battery 5S-3P.
