Very accurate resistance per meter, on the spot as described at 33 ohm per meter. Isolation is nice mechanically flexible and consistent. I intend to use it with 24V DC for low heating in an high humidity Orchid "baby nursery" to keep the wet grow medium temperature above 15 deg C. It will be an interesting long term experiment. The accurate value will help a lot to calculate wattage current and needed length of the element.
