surface ist textured, but smoother than the magnetic mat of my Ender 3. ordered for my flsun Q5, and forgot to measure the bed dimensions, the print bed size of this machine is 215mm and of course larger than the build area of 200mm. so If you got a flsun Q5, I recommend taking a 220mm mat
