scratched from travel and overall rough edges probably from bad batch. comes single without anything. you need to have termistor and solder wires and tape every thing if you don't know how to don't buy this it's cheap for a reason. continuity checked fine with 1.4ohms in 12v and 3.2ohms on 24v. heats fast but not uniformly so be mindful of that when buying this
