Had a hard time downloading the program for it ,and can not get it to print anything bigger than 8cm. I haven't got to use it much yet.

It looks good, just 30 x 40 cm and the software is for engraving 8 x 8 cm. I don't know where to get the right software and driver !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
