This is way better than I was expecting. Its entirely powered by the RF signal passing through it and performs two functions:_1. As you transmit,it displays SWR measurement_2. When you stop transmitting,it briefly displays the Power measurement_I attached it to one of my qrp radios and varied the output power from 0.5 to 5 watts. It worked accurately at all levels. __One thing that wasnt initially apparent is the way it displays the power measurement. It has three ranges and these are displayed differently on the bargraph LEDs: _0.25W - 0.75W this range is displayed on the first three LEDs. The lights zoom across from the right hand side and stop on the appropriate power level.__1W - 6W this range is displayed simply by a static led at the appropriate power level. __7W - 12W this range is displayed on the right hand few LEDs. The lights zoom across from the left hand side and stop on the relevant power level.__once you get used to how the display works,its very simple to read.
