The sales pictures show an included speaker, but there is no speaker in my cabinet. Otherwise, the anodized case looks stunning, and so far the unit appears to work fine. I have not yet been able to test everything , as there is a lot to learn. One star off for missing speaker.

The name of the bin is portapack mayhem_h1_h2_8731.bin which is v1.3.0 provided by this seller on this page. When I try to upgrade to Mayhem v1.3.1 from official github eried’s repository, it bricks.

As I said earlier I would downrate it if there were no speaker BUT I changed my mind and use an external speaker or headphones instead. Could be packed more secure, luckily no damage on the unit except from the building that damaged 2 screws so they are razor sharp at touch. And speaking of that, you could supply free spare screws since this kind gets damaged no matter how you do in my experience. But all in all I'm happy with this unit. The only thing is that Portapack software keeps haning all the time and that's annoying. In HackRF mode it works flawless as expected. So some more grind of the software would be nice.

positive notes: item does include latest model of Portapack H2+ (this is significant) the portapack H2+ model actually has the even more accurate 0.1PPM accuracy not just 'portapack H2' 0.5ppm quality, and the 'H2+' has a proper circuit for charging 2100mah cells. negative notes: item did not include a proper knob button or 1w speaker as listed, amp circuit blew far too easily and seems generic. knob is too low to the case making the knob button un-pressable if it is on the device and tight against the case as is in images, the twist knob should push in to select options & only way to power off h2+ device is to doubleclick it, however putting a small piece of cottonball/paper in to give some separator space between case and knob will fix this. do yourself a favor and download the mayhem hack rf firmware as well as buy a 16/32gb microsd card for software/audio files/recording does not support higher than 32gb microsd amp notes: amps chips are sub standard on the hack rf chip, do NOT enable the amp option or only when on fm radio and when absolutely needed, never attach or remove antenna with amp enabled either for sure, they can easily burn up and will degrade performance permanently (even if disabled once failed) until a new smd is resoldered on/hack rf replaced which requires a microscope and smd soldering system.
