The boards seem hastily assembled, on one of them someone even forgot to cut the sensor pins after soldering. The resistor in all of them had a 102 (1k) code, not 472(4.7k) like in the pictures. Other people have mentioned this, be careful with the pins - is ground, S is data and the middle one is power (+5v). All five sensors worked, you can tell it is being accessed when the LED lights up. II also tested one in parasite mode and it worked, however the LED doesn't light up in this mode.

The pinout on these is not what you might think. If holding the board with the pins facing you and the device on top and furthest away from you, the left hand pin is GND, then middle is +Ve and the right is DQ (data). On my board the left hand GND pin is marked as '-' and the DQ data pin is marked as 'S' The onboard LED is between DQ and GND and hence flashes when the board is accessed. Don't forget a pullup resistor of 4K7 is required between +Ve and DQ. You only need one regardless if how many

Se usato come chip lavora sia a3 che a 5 v. la scala delle misure è abbastanza lineare e il chip da solo si può attaccare a pin Arduino e compatibili

Used on ESP8266 Nodemcu with ESPEasy software and Jeedom domotic. Works ok! This combination is the cheapest temperature sensor in the world. A total of around 6$

Works great with no problems. See attached photo. If you hold board with sensor on top and pins facing you, the left pin is grnd, the center pin is vcc, and the right pin is data. The grnd is marked - and the data is marked s.

Works well - once you found out, that they have crossed the wires .. If you look onto the board with the sensor towards you left : gnd mid : vcc right : data a tiny bit of marking would make life so much easier ..

Great little sensor. Very accurate. I use it with some Wemos D1 mini to send room and external temperature in Domoticz.
