Сам блок питания который пришел работает, но есть нюанс насчёт качества, вилка была скошенная, от того и со второго раза поломалась. В целом пока всё хорошо!

The voltage of the Power supply started to drop when the device drew more than 2A.

Output plug: +24V in the middle, gound on the outside (as it should be). Seems to be short-circuit-proof (at least for short times).
