okkk , so im giving this product 4 star because the quality, the powder coating is not that great if u look u know its a cheap product but it dose its job.. its reduce the vibration of the handle bar. also it gives a stylish look of ur bike and if u want u can use chest protector with it

I just received this.. It comes fully assembled. No instructions. But looks solid. It looks like it will require a hex wrench to at least disassemble it enough to attach it to the bike. I'm hoping that will also be the key to telescoping it as well.
