product received, ceramic parts were slightly different [probably as my ones were produced in Europe,]but washers were ok. dont seem to be able to get replacement parts hear so have to buy the howl insert? so having to wait a few days for delivery way out ways the cost of of buying the hole insert, and is more environmentally friendlier. well done you

Bought these items for £1 off banggood. About 2 years ago our bathroom tap started leaking I tried every where for new washers for them ,but no good in the end I had to Buy the whole inside tap which was about 60 to 70 £s.
