Basically a breakout board for the processor. Includes USB connection (2x 22Ohm resistors in series with D+ and D- and a D+ pull up resistor connected through jumper P2). All pins nicely labeled. Includes 8MHz and 32kHz cystals, power LED and 20 pin JTAG connector. Boot 0 and 1 pins brought out to 2.4mm pin header for boot mode selection. Serial connections have their own 4pin header with GND and 5V. Nothing else. A good point is V_BAT is brought out to pin header as well. Schematics can be found if you search by "lctech-stm32-devboard-scheme", but the only thing that needs explanation is jumper P2. The bad part: Soldering of SMD components is just passable We have come to expect better even from China. Soldering of through hole components is not very good. Pin headers are on crooked. Some people may prefer pin headers soldered at the other side. Banggood hear us: Please offer this product with pin headers left off! Overall, a good product which will benefit from better through hole soldering, or better, pin headers completely left off.

Great board for the best price. The Cortex-M3 CPU is great, very powerful and the chip has tons of periphery. I like the fact the board has the RTC xtal mounted. Great open source support - libopencm3 + GNU ARM toolchain + Eclipse. + OpenOCD.
