Very accurate for the price. I like the display. Checked with voltmeter. Well within tolerance. Knob was missing, but I replaced with one I had on hand. Good for testing. If this is your only option for a permanent AC adapter, be warned that the knob does not click-stop. It is a continuous smooth turn potentiometer. There is a decent friction, but It is easy to turn the knob of you bump it or let something rub against it. It is very good for what it is and does, just be aware that it is adjustable.
