    Excellent stick for the insta360. Can twist it to lock it's length, and it doesn't mention in the description above that there is a tripod thread in the base of the handle

    Very good quality pole. I suggest it! The total length is the ideal length that a photographer need. Hard materials you can use it also for led lights . Good metal quality
