Looks like a genuine part as I already have multiple of these sensors dotted around the house for zonal heating and humidity control. Would recommend to anyone. My setup is with Home Assistant over Zigbee protocol (zigbee2mqtt).

Awesome tiny sensor. Measures temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure. Works out of the box with Home assistant and ZHA through a cc2531 stick. Shipped very fast through the Czech warehouse.

This tiny little temperature device is what I needed, works very well with the App.

pro's: - compact design (smaller than sonoff temp & hum sensor, see pictures) - more stylish than sonoff sensor - paired with flashed tasmota Sonoff zigbee bridge - also has a atmospheric barometer (probably a BME280 inside) con's: - more expensive than sonoff, I like sonoff's price, sonoff is much larger sensor (see pictures) but as equal good. If size does not matter choose the sonoff sensor. If you need a small discrete sensor and willing to pay the price, choose this Atmos. - sends less value updates than for ex. sonoff sensor (see trend pictures) - less accurate, values are more flattend (see trend pictures) - pairing more difficult than sonoff sensor, it takes more tries. - zigbee range is not great. Tried to lay sonoff & Atmos sensor in a shed nearby my house. Placed zigbee bridge in outer corner of the house but could not reach it. Z-wave has better range cover. Inside the house not problem with range. Conclusion: good sensor, values are less frequent and more flatten. Hope this will increase battery life.

Tramite hub Aqara e skill Mi home si può chiedere ad Alexa la temperatura del relativo ambiente ma non l’umidità né iniziare una routine (le automazioni si possono creare comunque da Mi Home sugli accessori abbinati). Perfettamente compatibile con Home Kit di Apple sempre tramite hub Aqara (fornisce temperatura e umidità, anche chiedendo a Siri) ma anche lì non attiva automazioni. Sulla schermata dedicata in Mi Home si possono visualizzare anche la pressione e le curve storiche di temperatura, umidità e della pressione stessa.
