Interesting model of the Tesla coil. It works optimally with a power supply voltage of 24V (2 Amps) but already at 12V the electromagnetic field produced is able to ionize the gas contained in a fluorescent or neon lamp. It can also act as a speaker, although the power and sound quality is modest. For the price it costs it is really a good product. I recommend adding a small fan to cool the two transistors.
