в наборе не было канифоли,хотя она заявлена,так же отсутствовали регуляторы точной настройки (точнее 3 из 4 отсутствуют)

Once the package was unpacked the case was in bad condition two shoe marks on the case (one person stood upright on it before wrapping it up) Very afraid of the contents. Once opened I was reassured the violin is whole but once all out he notices me that there is no collophanr(which is essential to be able to play. so disappointed that the package was not better checked before shipments. in addition the varnish is missing under the handle.

une fois le colis déballé l’etui etait en mauvaise etat deux traces de chaussure sur l’etui (une personne est carrément monté debout dessus avant de l’emballer) tres peur du contenu.une fois ouvert j’ai été rassuré le violon est entier mais une fois tous sortie he m’aperçois qu’il n’y a pas le collophanr(qui est indispensable pour pouvoir jouer. donc deçus que le colis n’ai pas etait mieux contrôler avant expéditions.la collophane n’a pas etait fournie. de plus le vernis est manquant sous le manche.
