I connect this equipment through ZigbeeMQTT without issue on a diy jeedom domotic system. I use it in the interior. The accuracy is good. With 2xAAA batteries, i think it will go for a long time before changing them.

It doesn't work alone for remote access. It wants you to take the device to connect

Exactly as depicted, but you do need a gateway or hub to access it. Do not access it directly with Wi-Fi.

Very nice device, quite small which is plus. Measurement interval is around 1 minute, and if temperature change is more than 0.4-0.5 degrees it is published to network . Would be event better if there was some light button so that you can light up display in dark for a few seconds. Works with deconz/zigbee2mqtt without issues.
