The back pillow comes well packaged in a hard carton box which provided good protection during shipment. Cover is made of really good materials, it feels like woven silk fabric. I didn't notice any flaw on the product. I've also got to say that the pillow is odorless. It has medium density preventing it from being too soft or too firm. Its butterfly-shaped design with curvatures offers multi-point support for your lumbar area. I love its hidden, durable zipper and seams. The fill is white memory foam (Polyurethane). The cover (75% Nylon, 25% Spandex) is removable. The breathable sharkskin cover can be washed (laundry) gently at 40°C max. I didn't notice sweat issues while using this Baseus pillow. It measures 390 x 255 x 110 mm and weights 536g. I have to sit in office desk chair for average 6 hours every day for working on my channel videos (JoGeo Techlab) and this pillow makes my life easy. It's a little too thick for my back but I quickly got used it. The comfortable pillow offers just the right amount of support for my back. I tried it on a smaller office chair and car seat as well. So, for the price it is a must-have and extremely comfortable if paired with the neck pillow.
