Objednaný produkt sa pri prvom použití pokazil. Držiak masážnej hlavy vypadol z tela prístroja a bol nepoužiteľný. Po reklamácii mi bol poslaný nový prístroj, ktorý funguje výborne. S produktom a aj so zákazníckou podporou som veľmi spokojný.
