Delays about 150 ms are completly normal in aptx and aptx HD. I just returned similar device on CSR8675 because od the delays. Delays are ok (about 80ms) with SBC codec and theoretically should be ok with Aptx LL.
The problem is, if the device allows to manually switch from AptxHD to AptxLL reducing the latency. If receiver (headphoness) supports both, most devices will connect on HD, which will produce delay.
