The product arrived intact. The package very well prepared. The box only comes the power cable. The rest has to be bought separately. It already comes with Windows 10, but I missed the PT-BR language, so I had to download it later and install it. It's working perfectly.

When I plugged it in, the Windows 10 installation begun and everything went smoothly. The PC itself is very fast in simple tasks like Internet browsing, Youtube, Netflix, etc. and I intent to connect it to my living room TV (to use instead of a TV box). I think it is an excellent buy, really value for money. Time will tell about durability.
