The ratchet action on this plier is great, it can be adjusted in strength to match wear and tear. It feels comfortable in hand and goes smoothe when applying pressure. The dies are not that good, they do not fully finish the crimping action which makes the wire come lose very easy. Tested this with multiple brands of crimps and they all come lose with 0.25 and 0.50 mm wires in the red part.
