When there is material/filament inserted, the detection port level signal should be high level. When there is no material, the port level signal becomes low. If a high-to-low transition is determined, that is, the system detects a certain high-to-low transition, the material is considered exhausted, and the tab executes a print-pause command. After you replace the material/filament, the printer continues to print.

Se viene determinata una transizione da alta a bassa, ovvero il sistema rileva una determinata transizione da livello alto a basso, il materiale viene considerato esaurito, e la scheda esegue un comando di pausa-sospensione stampa. Dopo che si è sostituito il materiale/filamento, la stampante continua a stampare.

Nice product though it is made of plastic. Anyway, the only thing I'm after is the cable that's why I'm giving this 5 stars. I place the detector on top of a card to show its size.
