The label on the controller is incorrect as it says its 5 to 24v dc and max current 12amps.The peak current is 6amps.The controller does not work on 5v dc. It requires 12v or more.Hence the label should read 12v to 24v dc, and peak current 6amps.This would then avoid any confusion for people buying this product.
