Pretty good quality for the price. What you see on the pic is what you get . The screws are a bit short though with no nuts supplied

Nice kit, as described, looks sturdy enough and matches the parts already installed in my kayak. Metal parts seem to be of stainless steel (important). I would prefer well nuts and a bit longer and thicker bungee (it's length is 1.6m and 4mm thickness), but I'll figure it out upon installation. Packaging was good and it arrived on time. Thanks.
