The product has arrived in less than 1 week after the purchase in a carefully packed package. The initial setup/application installation was very straight forward, just realy need to follow the instruction. The first usage was very easy, using the default settings it went around first to map the (virtual) borders, than started to clean in "to&back stripes" - not leaving out anything, but not falling down on steps and gentle touching only objects in its way. (Therefore I strongly suggest to tidy up before the usage.) Despite it was a dry cleanup and the device has only one sweeper, it was very effective surprisingly. If you need a medium (price) category robot, that model is worthy on that price.

Very pleased with this vacuum cleaner. My house has 3 floors and works in the 3. There has been improvement in the application which now allows for 3x cleaning followed instead of 2x. I'd advise.

Muito satisfeita com este aspirador. A minha casa tem 3 pisos e funciona nos 3. Houve melhoria na aplicação que agora permite limpeza 3x seguidas em vez de 2x. Aconselho.

Dodanie rýchle do týždňa. Zatiaľ zabalené nevyskusane. Ale jeden už mám Dreame D9 na s nim som spokojný. Vysávanie a mopovanie je skvelé. Jedine co ma problém niekedy nájsť dokovaciu stanicu a potom sa motá po izbe.
