This extra-large bulb is actually rather stunning! It casts a pleasingly warm light, the gently glowing filaments look lovely, and the oversized glass bulb itself makes this a bulb to show off rather than hide inside a lampshade. Just be sure it will fit into wherever you want to use it. It IS quite a bit larger than a basic traditional bulb.

These are nice because the filaments themselves are cool to look at. Also its not blinding light. These bulbs give of a nice warm light. creates a nice ambience if put on display in a nice lamp.

Very nice lamp. I'm going to build a "steam punk lamp" with this bulb. It's amazing it survived the long journey all the way from China. Packaging was all right.
