Received the item within 2 weeks in good order. Unfortunately, I suspect that one flat hex bit is missing. As you can see the pictures attached, there should be altogether 4 hex bits. Can customer service offer any help?

It is a really small and handy tool set. You can have it with you anywhere. The only drawback is the flashlight which is really weak.
