Package was well organized. Had no issues with it and actually the manual was easy to understand. Out-of-the-box it seemed to hit the max speed. The rear rack doesn't fit 100% since one part goes over the brake cable, so when you look at the bike from the rear it looks like the rack is slightly more on the left side. Still fixed it in few minutes by bending it a bit. Great buy and love the looks of it.

Just arrived bike... a few small scratches due to transport but once placed I have to say I am very happy... congratulations beautiful product

bicicletta arrivata nei tempi previsti, imballata perfettamente, ed ora parliamo della bici....stupenda, il motore è una bomba, abitando a Genova effettuo moltissime salite (anche ripide) e lei si comporta perfettamente, direi a pari di uno scooter elettrico anche come sicurezza, ci sono molti video su youtube per impostare il computer di bordo in base alle proprie esigenze.....non la consiglio a chi è sotto il metro e sessanta di altezza..... consigliatissima
