this was the last message I received and sent. then they close the chat for my case so damn bad. I have complained about a lot that does not match what is stated in the manual for the bike. You cannot change the speed limit, you cannot just press the throttle, you have to pedal for the bike to start. the electric motor only assists up to 25km. it is only a 250w motor not 1000w as promised. when I bring this up, I am referred to wait for them to get a response from their supplier, while I wait for their response to an offer from bangood, they close our chat because I haven't reached out when it is them who asked me to calmly wait. this is so bad that I recommend not shopping from bangood.

detta var dom 3sista meddelade jag fick och skickade . sen stänger dom chatten för mitt ärende så jävla dåligt. Jag har klagat på en hel del som inte överensstämmer med vad som står i manualen på cykeln. Det går inte ändra speed limit, det går inte att bara gasa på trotteln utan du måste trampa för att cykeln skall starta. elmotorn hjälper bara upp till 25km. det är bara 250w motor inte 1000w som lovas. när man tar opp detta så hänvisas jag att vänta på att dom skall få svar av deras leverantör, medans jag väntar på deras svar på ett erbjudande från bangood så stänger dom ner våran chatt på grund av att jag inte har hört av mej när det är dom som bett mej att lungt vänta. detta är så dåligt så jag rekommenderar att inte handla från bangood

I waited a long time (because it was out of stock) but as soon as it came back available in less than a week it was delivered to me...the bike? a motorbike 😀
