The price/performance ratio of the bike is very good! Assembly was completed in about 30 minutes. The first kilometers went smoothly. There is a deduction for shipping via UPS, which was a disaster!!!! On the scheduled delivery date on Friday, nothing arrived. I took a day off specifically to receive it. No notification from UPS regarding a delay. After 3 more days of waiting... on Monday at 12:40 PM an email said the delivery would be made between 11 AM and 1 PM supposedly. What happened? Again, nothing. No notification or anything. During the afternoon, the package was simply delivered to a neighbor. The packaging was damaged as if it had just been thrown around. Consequently, some scratches have unfortunately appeared on the bike around the frame and the fenders.

Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis des Fahrrads ist sehr gut! Aufbau war in ca 30 min erledigt.Die ersten Kilometer verliefen reibungslos. Abzug gibt es für den Versand durch UPS, dieser war eine Katastrophe!!!! zum angekündigten Liefertermin am Freitag kam einfach nix . ich habe mir extra Urlaub genommen für den Tag um es entgegen zu nehmen. keinerlei Benachrichtigung seitens UPS bezüglich einer Verzögerung. nach 3 Tagen weiter warten ... am Montag 12.40Uhr eine E Mail das die Lieferung zwischen 11-13 Uhr geliefert wird angeblich. Was ist passiert, wieder nichts. keine Benachrichtigung oder sonstiges. im Laufe des Nachmittags wurde das Paket einfach bei einem Nachbarn abgegeben. Die Verpackung beschädigt als wäre es nur umher geflogen. Dadurch sind leider auch einige Kratzer am Fahrrad entstanden im Bereich des Rahmens und der Schutzbleche.
