After closing the zipper until the end, just make sure that it is already magnetized at the appropriate point which is marked with a gray pill-shaped point (this grey pill-shaped magnet point works like a fuse and makes sure that the zipper is closed to let the sterilisation begin ). LED light will flash blue during sterilization and when the procedure is over it will stop flashing. If it flashes red it means that the sterilization has not started for some reason .Quite good item but you don't get satisfied from seeing it working live because you can't actually see anything and probably not the UV light in action!
