As with all Chinese imports, the user manual is virtually useless. I thought mine were broken until I discovered that you have to hold the power switch in for several seconds to switch them on. The headband is very tight and the foam around the face is very hard. The tension on the headband can be adjusted, but it does not have the plastic liner shown in the photographs. The focal length is just on the limit (I need reading glasses). However, there are sets of folding reading glasses available which will fit inside. It would be nice to be able to record what you see. Banggood have warehouses all over the place. My goggles came from the Seychelles and took 14 days to arrive. I'm still waiting for the video quadcopter (QX95) which is coming from the Netherlands. I''ve just discovered that the price has been reduced to 2/3 of what I paid!
