all ok but - having issue with lead screw 400mm please comment if its correct - it is visible that have diffrent pitch - how about your screw - cannot assembly :( what is yours 320mm screw pitch ?

Although I waited for the product to go into stock, I received it 14 days after shipping, not paying customs. The safe, interior lighting, and emergency stop button in the photos are my own additions. while the workpiece holder is 340x160, there is 300×180 workspace, The madrene at the spindle end definitely doesn't work, so take the er11 kit, and the wedding rings that come with the product are the kind that comes off right away. Overall happy with the product I will start using it when I buy madren.

very good product it come with er11 collet and with 5 bits!!!!!easy to install it you will need only a skrewdriver and the included allen keys!need to double check the screws!i had allready make mods for better work,first i put a sacrifitial wood not to damage the table and the i install a fan to pcb board for heat protection!

My unit came with the ER11 chuck and collet, although I did not order it. Well thank you Banggood! Also, the control board is not like the one in the pictures, it's newer version, with built in Arduino and fan and pwm output. It uses a MOSFET instead of the relay. I'm positively surprised!

Awesome hobby CNC for the price, goes together easy no problems at all, I put the 300mw laser on mine plugs straight in works great

Nice kit, but there were a few problems on assembly. Z axis lead screw was short, leaving only 32mm stroke and has alot of slack, supposed to be 40mm stroke. Z assembly has 1-2 mm or more looseness and jumps on use. Accuracy of Z is very off from claimed. X and Y axis also are short stroke by 5mm or so. Needs more info on control board and wiring up for limits, probe, etc... Need to contact support on replacing Z axis assembly, just cant use it for making anything accurate. X axis lead screw is also short in length and will not reach and engage the bearing plate at far left end of frame and just flops upon activating the x axis stepper (pic 2), plus there cracks where rods are mounted to bottom of Z axis with cap screws ( pic 1). Not happy over any of this and hope customer service can make this right!
