Delivered relatively fast(custom is always issue holding items for no reason),box was damaged little bit,i saw score marks on it(probably made by customs),device itself has no damage,works good,software was easy to setup for pressure sensitivity, however you might get some issue with USB 3.0 inlet,but if plugged in USB 2.0 it works with no problems.Pen software is auto start but it gets tagged by Windows and needs to be manually runned even if you set it to run as administrator.
