For what it is this is a great DIY kit. The switches are north facing so not ideal for cherry profile, the plate mount stabilizers are serviceable and lubed but some $15 durock plate mounts will improve the feel. Hot swap sockets are 5 pin no need to clip, but as with other gamakay kits I have ordered the sockets seem to be slightly off so if your pins aren't perfectly straight before installing your switches you will mash the pin, so double check before installing and make sure that they are perfectly straight. The rgb is pretty good, not the brightest but honestly I'm not into shine through or pudding caps so I don't mind, the colors are good, I do wish they offered a poly plate as an add-on or make a pro sku with a poly plate. Overall it sounds great for a $70 wireless tkl kit, I used lubed and filmed NK Silk Milkshake (Linear switches) durock plate mount stabs, and a $40 set of XDA dye sub pbt caps and it sounds solid for the price.

I bought a black CK87 for work because CK68 was very good. The switch combines the Gateron silent red axis, the silent black axis, and the silent brown axis. The quality of the stabilizer is also good. I chose the quiet axis, so the keying sound is very small, and I am satisfied that it can be used in the office. It is connected via USB or 2.4GHz, making it comfortable in the office or in the conference room. The 2.4GHz USB adapter can be housed in the back with a magnet, but this magnet is a bit weak. I'll replace the magnet in due course.

It of course is tray-mount, but for the price it's not bad. It does have north facing leds which is kinda eh, you can only hear it with sound and not with the feel tho. I like the board and I do think it's a good buy (definetly compared to the NK87 entry edition from Novelkeys).

The board feels extremely sturdy and well designed. I will give it one star less because one of the threads that holds the two shell plates together has been completely worn out, so I can't open it if I wanted to look at the stabs or whatever. Other than that, all three connection modes work well, the keyboard is sturdy, the lighting is beautifully vivid, the customization is great. The stabs feel pretty good out of the box. You might want to lube them a bit further but even if you leave them stock I think you'll be just fine. The only stab that's kinda iffy on mine is the backspace. It feels just a tiny bit sluggish, but it might just be me getting used to new switches. I built mine with Ajazz Diced Kiwi tactiles and they're superb.

The board is terrible. The holes are embossed crooked, the svitches do not stand in place. otherwise, the materials are nice, the weight is felt.
