The delivery was okay, the packaging was protected the piece. I'm using it with LCM1602 display, HC-05 Bluetooth module and push button. It connected to the ELM327 OBDII module and the communication works great. I'm happy with the product.

The chips seems to be defective. The GPIO do not work as specified by Espressif documentation. So I'm thinking these are failed parts from the main test line and they were sold in hopes no one would try anything that was broken. The WiFi and BLE work as expected.
