On the other hand,the tracking number is unclear because I had a tracking number that matched Chronopost's delivery service,but I was delivered by GOFO France,and since I did not expect delivery from them I called this morning to ask where this package scheduled for today came from,and the GOFO FRANCE advisor informed me that this package had left Amazon's warehouse,whereas I told him that I did not expect delivery from the Amazon marketplace site,so again surprising. Even if you use Amazon in itself it's not too serious,but make sure to pass the correct tracking information to the delivery service concerned,because the advisor at GOFO FRANCE could have told me that it left from Bangood via Amazon. alors je suis très satisfait de la fabrication du produit et de la rapidité de sa livraison . Par contre c'est au niveau du numéro de suivi où c'est pas clair car j'avais un numéro de suivi qui correspondait avec le service de livraison de Chronopost, ors j'ai été livré avec GOFO France, et comme je n'attendais pas de livraison avec eux je l'ai ai appelé ce matin pour qu'il me dise d'où venait ce colis programmé aujourd'hui et la conseillère de GOFO FRANCE m'a informé que ce colis était parti de chez Amazon, ors je lui et dit que je n'attendais pas de livraison de la par du site marchand Amazon , donc encore une fois étonnant . Alors même si vous passez par Amazon en soit ce n'est pas très grave mais faite passer les bonnes informations de suivi au service de livraison concernait, car la conseillère, chez GOFO FRANCE aurait pû me dire que cela parté de chez bangood via Amazon. bien cordialement
