Build quality is good, board inspection was ok, not great (some cap too close to a power diode, glass fuse, no Y class feedback cap) but high voltage side looks decent, sorry for poor picture quality, chips labels are scrapped. At full charge the device gets pretty warm, i did not measure amps per cell. The switch mode power supply is a bit noisy when there's no load. 2S charging comments : as soon as i plug a 2S battery, cell 2 & 3 leds go red (charging?), cell 1 led stays green. Near the end of charge cell 3 went green, then cell 2 green. My guess is that 2S charge is represented by Cell2 & Cell3 leds, not 1 & 2.. Cell voltages seem a bit erratic, i measured 4.18-4.25V on cell 1 while cell 2 stayed at 4.12V for a long time, total 2S voltage was 8.38-8.46V. (charging the same pack with my Accucell 6 shows 4.19V on each cell) At the end of charge both cells were at 4.18V, good. Overall performance is decent, not great but okay for the price.
