Product that seems well made. However, there are a few issues: out of the 4 screws that secure the lid of the device, 1 is very worn from the start, which casts doubt on any quality control. On the received device, reading the integrated SD card (4Gb) does not work as expected in USB configuration: Windows Explorer freezes with a message saying that the drive needs to be repaired (whereas the separately tested card is good). I therefore suspect the soldering of the USB port is to blame. Also, the charging of the provided battery (18650 of 2000 mAh) never finishes... The TF card provided with the device is accessible through the battery compartment, which was not specified in the user manual. I would have liked to know and recover the image recovery software mentioned in the manual. There is no mention of this anywhere. Otherwise, the device is very pleasant to use and perfectly meets my needs. The screen display is clear. The function buttons are a bit confusing compared to a traditional multimeter but you get used to it. In summary, I find it a bit expensive considering the imperfections noted, but still a good tool.

Produit qui semble de bonne facture. Mais quelques accrocs : sur les 4 vis qui fixent le capot de l'appareil, 1 est très rognée d'origine, ce qui fait douter d'un éventuel contrôle qualité. Sur l'appareil reçu, la lecture de la carte SD intégrée (4Gb) ne se fait pas comme prévu en configuration USB : l'explorateur Windows se bloque avec à la clef un message comme quoi le support doit être réparé (alors que la carte testée séparément est bonne). Je soupçonne donc la soudure de la prise USB en cause. D'ailleurs, la recharge de l'accu fourni (18650 de 2000 mAh) ne s'achève jamais ... La carte TF fournie avec l'appareil est accessible via la trappe de l'accu, ce qui n'était pas précisé sur le mode d'emploi. J'aurais aimé connaitre et récupérer le logiciel de récupération d'image mentionné sur le mode d'emploi. Il n'en est fait état nulle part. Sinon l'appareil est très agréable à utiliser et correspond parfaitement à mes besoins. La lecture de l'écran est claire. C'est un peu déroutant au niveau des boutons de fonction par rapport à un multimètre traditionnel mais on s'y fait. En résumé, je trouve un peu cher comte tenu des imperfections constatées, mais néanmoins un bon outil.

Upon startup, the multimeter part works very well, but when switching to IR mode, a green screen appeared instead of, a display, with an infrared image. I noticed that with a slight twist of the casing, the display returned to normal. So I opened the casing and searched for the fault, and apparently there was a soldering problem on the IR sensor connector. Resoldering, reassembly, testing, and everything works well. Small note, the button on the left marked

À la mise en marche, la partie multimètre fonctionne très bien, mais en passant en mode IR, un écran vert est apparu au lieu, d'un affichage, avec une image en infrarouge. Je me suis aperçu qu'avec une légère torsion du boitier que l'affichage redevenait normal. J'ai donc ouvert le boitier et recherché la panne, et apparemment problème de soudure sur le connecteur du capteur IR. Réfection des soudures, remontage, essai, et tout fonctionne bien. Petite remarque, la touche à gauche marquée "MEMU" au lieu de MENU. "le service qualité aussi, n'a pas vu l'erreur"
