I had difficulty finding decent insoles for my favorite shoes in local stores, so I took a gamble and purchased size M of these for my size 9 1/2 men's shoes (USA). Whereas before I had bad foot pain with other insoles, after I installed these most of the foot pain is gone. Very good value for the price I paid. The soles do not slip around inside my shoe in spite of being just a little small for my 9 1/2 shoes. The only downside is that I wish these came in more gradations of sizes as I think the Large would have been too big for my shoe, and the M is a little too small. A slightly better fit would work even better for my foot pain.

So far, after 2 weeks, I've found these cushion insoles to work as good as any of the ones sold at Wallmart. They cushion my old, tired feet. Size seems to run small. I wear an 11W sneaker and most other insoles I have to cut down to fit. These slipped right in perfectly with no cutting whatsoever.
