the product came to me but the size is not the requested, too big ...I ordered size 43 (11.5) and arrived 47 as checked the register on the footwear..... What should I do to get the change for my size? ... The ones i received i can't use

el producto me llego pero la talla no es la pedida, demasiado grandes ...pedí talla 43 (11.5) y llegó 47 según revise el registro en el calzado..... ? que debo hacer para obtener el cambio por mi talla ? ... los que recibí no los puedo usar

Quality looks pretty good on arrival. Extremely comfortable for boots. Bought a size that was slightly bigger which seems justified as the Chinese sizes may be a little smaller that European/US sizes. Took an age to fulfill the order so don't expect to receive the product for a weeks. Price was pretty reasonable. The real test will be how well they wear so time will tell.. Cannot give "very good" till then..

Boots are very soft, flexible and comfortable. Sizes are pretty accurate I have found so no issues there. Arrived sooner than expected as well.
