Really nice appearance, the red color is nice and shiny. The drawback I can notice is the fact that the buttons are noisy, compared to an original wiimote, and they don't feel the same when you press them. Appart of that, I'm happy with them (2 ordered). Don't know if the motion plus feature is really implemented, as I see no difference in precision with a normal one.
