Some months in, and I can say with certainty that the chair, once properly adjusted, solved my back issues due to working more than 8 hrs on the desk. Assembly took less than an hour, and the instructions provided are good enough. The tools provided are adequate, there are some spare screws included, and even a pair of white assembly gloves. One bit that wasn't mentioned in the instructions, is that you have to pay attention to which way you plug in the small plastic screw covers, so that they sit flush with the surface (see picture with pointing finger).

Finally today (6.02) I got this chair. Chair is very good! But one nut was fallen from Lumbar Support Adjustment when I tried to adjust it, it still working but I would like to know what exactly this nut is fixing. One negative point - shipping time, in the beginning I should received chair ~15.01. On the moment when I ordered, I had info that chair located in CZ warehouse, but seems it wasn`t correct information.... Supplier didn`t give me clever/fair information about problem, I found it by myself in the internet. Anyway I`m happy with that chair! Supplier just need to be more fair with info given to customer during conversation. Many people ready to wait for good products.
