It's better than the NanoVNAv2 (3GHz) in every possible way, however it's good only about till 5GHz and that means that it does not unfortunately reach the 5.8GHz ISM band for S11 measurement (S21 works although it gets quite noisy there; for this in reality 4 1/2 stars if that was possible). The similar v1 (that goes till around 1.5GHz) required soldering SD card socket and crystal (for the clock if you cared) and the v2 was missing both, so this variant is better in that respect. It has a nice display and has SD card support (for me 32G newer one did not work, only 2G older one) but care is needed as it's possible to miss with the SD card the socket and it means that you have to disassemble the box to get it out. The noise floor is pretty good around 2.4GHz (tested with 60 and 65dB attenuation) and it has no trouble to show the S11 dip for such antenna. The biggest miss is that it's not suitable for testing 5.8GHz antennas. I've tested it with the firmware that I've received. As the firmware is in heavy development, newer ones can perhaps improve this a bit. For the battery you have to set the battery offset as it's likely to show incorrect charging status without it. It's goes also almost without saying that calibration for all setups is a must before any measurement (as for any VNA even professional ones).

The delivering of the ordered VNA was fast and it came well packed. After unpacking I tested the delivered VNA and I did some measurements on antennas and different RF attenuators I have. Its a very nice tool to test RF stuff up to 6.3GHz. Only the dynamic range and special in the range 3 to 6.3GHz restricted me to do some measurements compare to professional equipment like HP Agilent or R&S. But for this price its Ok for measuring a return loss or VSWR on antennas and to do some other measurements. The option to copy measurements on a uSD card is also very handy. The only problem is that you can’t use every uSD card I had some problems with a 16 Gb card that I only could save 12 screen dumps, after I try a 13 screendump I got the message SD CARD SAVE Fail Write on the screen. I took an other uSD card (2Gb) and the problem was solved there was no problem with writing to the uSD card any more. If you are looking for a Handy tool to do a lot of various RF measurements than I can advice you this VNA its very easy to operate and have a lot of measuring functions and can be used several hours on its battery power.

Good VNA . Can measure a whole range of antennas from 400MHz to 6.2GHz. Most other VNAs on the market only go upto 3GHz but this one goes uptop 6.2GHz and that is great for measuring 5.8GHz FPV antenns. I have measured a bunch of 5.8GHz antennas patch, CP, Helix and it had no problem in ananlysing them. You can really see what thsese antennas are tuned to becasue some of them dont match he manufacturer specification. Its always good to know the frequency the antenna is tuned to with lowest VSWR so that you can use the proper frequency band that closely matches the antena. this is importaint for long range FVP to receive the maximum signal strength, This is my review of the LiteVNA and you can see the results for yourself. youtu.be/LjB093u7CjE

As of now, a new Firmware Litevna64-220228.bin seems to have been released. ( https://www.zeenko.tech/litevna ) I updated it immediately and would like to try various functions. Thanks!

works very well, items for calibration are included, the battery lasts 5/6 hours of continuous use approximately. the touch screen does its job and plus there's a scroll wheel on it.

LiteVNA is ok functional, but the battery does not exist or does not charge at all, from what I see it is a problem with all VNAs of this model. Those who sell it should check it better, it doesn't seem normal to me that the rf board works ok and one thing at a time affects the whole tool so much.
