First delivery - UK warehouse to UK Customer took 3 days, fully tracked.
The Chair itself - as in the listing they pack down very small, a BIG plus is that the elastic to hold the 'poles' together is attached so won't get lost, in addition the entire frame has elastic running inside so there's no doubt about putting together because the elastics inside the tubes hold them where they need to plug in, so no losing one bit in a rush when packing up. Easy less than 30 seconds to get the frame assembled. Next the material, it has very strong parts where you push the ends of the poles into each corner, I found the best is to put both bottom ones in and one top one, then separate the join in the pole to the one you have not pushed in, push it in to the material and then put the pole back together, this helps as you have more grip on the pole than on the material - do be sure that everything is firmly pushed together. Deceptively easy to sit in, way more comfortable than you'll think before you sit in it and surprisingly easy to get up from - 3 of us tested and agreed on this and the other two are both in their 70's. I'm 6' and the wrong side of 240lbs (110kg), very surprised, way more comfortable than expected. Disassembly just as easy, pull material off poles, fold poles into a nice bundle and use the elastic to hold, next take material fold both sides in then roll around poles, put in bag zip up. Done.
The ONE potential negative to keep in mind - plastic zip teeth - it makes sense because these chairs may be packed away damp so a plastic zip won't rust and stain the chair and bag. The bag and zip is strong but on one of my chairs bags I managed to jump the zip 'handle' out on one side, delicately and patiently unpicked some stitches and got it back on before sewing back up as good as new. Folded and rolled as I described the right way the bag is ample, so don't force the zip, if you need to, you've not rolled the chair properly, re roll and it'll go in. Great buy!
