looks like it might actually be UV-C. UV-C LEDs have a metal package with a glass lens, and this appears to have that. it also doesn't output bright far-violet and so white or neon stuff doesn't fluoresce much, unlike my UV-A LEDs which are great blacklights. the included test card seems to react way stronger to UV-A than UV-C. I don't have an actual UV meter to be able to test it, but it certainly seems to be legit. if your UV-C lamp lights up bright purple, it's not UV-C.
